“Generally very pleased with the items although the clocks I ordered seem to have been used for padding the outside of the other items as the boxes were battered and broken although I think the clocks are okay I would have preferred the packaging to be in better order.”

Hello Kevin, Sorry to hear that your items were not packaged as they should have been. I will pass this information onto the warehouse manager so they can improve the packing on this type of order.

“Hi, we ordered our Christmas stock for our craft market and were very pleased with the quality of the goods. They were very well packed and only 2 pieces were broken which we glued back together and will keep for our own use. The order arrived on time and the email was very useful before it arrived to tell us when it would arrive. I phoned the office and asked if we can visit the showroom and were told to arrange a time before our visit. It would help if we could return the packaging boxes and cardboard and paper padding as it seams a waste to bin it all. WE hope to see you all soon as we will be buying lots of our stock from you in the future. Stuart Wakefield Acc No; LIGH11”

“I have always found Puckator a great company to deal with. If mistakes are made or damages received they are quickly and effectively dealt with in the same manner as order themselves. I always say its not the mistakes that matter it is the way they are dealt with!”

“Timely delivery - good prices...thought the 40 himlayan salt t-lights would be packed in 2 separate boxes rather than mixed in with incense sticks which came out rather squashed but were salvageable.”

Hi Dawn Apologies for this, we do try to package items as economically as we can, without compromising on quality. On this occasion maybe we went to much the other way. I will talk to the warehouse manager and make sure next time the packing is improved. Regards Matthew

“it was the worst service I have had off you the order was due on Thursday and did not come the driver said he went to the wrong address and was not coming back so I had to wait after several complaints to dpd they said I would still have to wait until Friday so I arranged for someone to be in because I was at work . the parcel came on Friday morning one item was missing ,two were broken and a glass dish was missing now all of these were oil burners and two of them are now out of stock so yesterday I had to give refunds for the broken two. I am not very happy and I don't know if I can trust you again please can you sort this out”
