“I have been a customer for two years, Puckator have always stocked great products at reasonable prices with good availability. However its the fantastic customer service that makes the difference. Issues are sorted out as soon as they arise the team are always helpful and friendly.”

“Great service as usual, was worried that I wouldn't get the order in time for a big event, but Kellie from customer services looked for it and reassured me it would be here ,and it was! The only problem I have is stock issues, I only do small orders because I trade from a market stall. I sell fairy products unicorns and angels. Some of of the items I rely on have been discontinued or are out of stock, which is very disappointing. Other than that, I am always very pleased.”

“Placed a large order expecting it to take at least 7 days to arrive and was very pleased when i got an email to say that delivery would take place 2 days after ordering. Goods were of a very good standard and will defiantly be a returning customer!”
