“My order arrived at the time confirmed and I was so happy to see it had all been packed safely with no damages, this is so important as with other companies I have experienced so much damage due to lack of packaging. Thank you for taking the care with this issue, brilliant service.”

“The purchased items were of good quality and arrived quite quickly. If I had any negative comments they would be that I didn't receive any delivery time notification but this does not detract from the general shopping experience”

“I have been a Puckator customer for two years and during that time I have always recieved excellent service. Its great to be able to actually speak to people rather then communicate on emails or "live chat". Equally important is that Pucator are always bringing new products on to their range which is great because it makes sure we always have new stock to offer our customers.”

“The items are always carefully packed, and the orders correct. Puckator's prices are reasonable and the products high quality. It is helpful that they use carriers who can deliver within a certain time slot so that we can arrange our busy lives around that. I would recommend this company to other traders.”
