“All good, an excellent experience. The link to PayPal worked quickly which isn't the case with some websites. Delivery was faster than I expected and I was kept informed by e-mail, including notification of a 1 hour delivery slot on the day of delivery.”

“I am really please with my order and delivery on as expected but only small concern that sticker place under the item can be hard to peel off wonder if can be done by using removable sticker I can peel off”

“Sometimes have damaged or missing items. Generally good. Also the packing dept ought to be more aware that us lady buyers cannot manage boxes being delivered that are vv heavy!! My main gripe I guess!”

“Product, price and services is excellent. Especially thank you for your customer service agent Kerrie's follow up. However only disappointed about the carriage calculation as reported to CS:Kerrie that not understand why my order only 53 items to Hong Kong but carriage higher £10 than another customer as his order was 75 same item to Hong Kong few days ago.”

Hi Thanks for your positive feedback, in answer to your query in relation to carriage charges. Our couriers charge on volumetric and weight, so just because one order has 53 items and another 75, doesn't necessarily mean the one with 53 items will be cheaper to ship to Hong Kong. It really depends on the items concerned and what size/weight they are. I hope this answers your query. Regards Matthew

“I was supposed to receive a phone call or email to let me know that the items I had on back order had arrived. No one contacted me. I only found out the items were in stock when I checked the website. I have managed to get some of the items but have now found that some are out of stock and that you have reduced the price a lot and are not expecting to get any more. So I am not happy.”
