“I always have an issue with almost every order I place, this last order was no exception I had one item missing which was a very large item so surprised it was left out of my order and I had a few damaged items, apart from these regular damages I always receive replacement really quickly and any E mails I send are always answered promptly.”

However, I am a little concerned that you are having an issue on some orders, this really isn't normal.
