“Easy to use site, good communication regarding order status. Partuclarly pleased to know when delivery will be. Have ordered several times without issue but sadly I had 9 broken items this time, so the courier have not looked after the delivery very well. Items are being replaced (not yet received) and the problem was dealt with promptly.”

“Hello, Excuse me, that I am writting you just now, but I was on a holiday. I was very happy with delivery but I found one very demaged box. When I opened it I found 8 demaged/broken items. I will send you a picture of that through my email. Please, let me know of what you will do with that, thanks Eduardo”
