“I love your products and have always been very satisfied with the service you offer and delivery times. The only thing I could suggest to encourage me to buy more frequently is to reduce the minimum order amount to qualify for free delivery ?”

“I am normally happy with both products and service. In this particular order there was one item ie style princess sticker album which turned out to be very small indeed and not what I had expected...so disappointed with this for the price...but generally this is an exception rather than a rule. Generally products are priced fairly and delivery is always quick...within a few working days.”

You can find product information on our website including the dimensions of the items (which is just under the Add to Cart button on the product's page) but if you need any further information before purchasing just contact customer services who will be happy to help.

“I am very happy with my order, it all arrived in super fast time, very well packed. A few of the lighter items had packaging crushed by the heavy items but looking at the way it was packed, they had done their best to prevent this from happening. I am guessing that it happened by the boxes being mishandled in transit. I would happily order again.”
