“I've always had great customer service from all the staff a Puckator. One very small detail that helps when you call is maybe the staff could answer the phone with their name so I know who I'm talking to. Keep up the great work.”

“The site was easy to use, communication was excellent an db the courier used were polite and considerate, letting us know a 1 hour time slot so we weren't stuck waiting for the parcel. All items were well packed. Always happy to deal with puckator”

“Items as ordered and good quality. Informed of an out of stock which arrived before my order was dispatched and was added for me, excellent and appreciated. Only very small criticism packaging in big box caused slight denting to sales boxes which was a shame. Otherwise super. Thank you.”
