C'est génial de travailler avec vous ! Des produits de qualité supérieure et un service à la clientèle extraordinaire font de vous les meilleurs dans le domaine. ين ممكن يحصل كدا غير مصر! للاسف الشديد. قمه في الا مبالاه و عدم المسوولية. مكتوب سعر و تروح تدفع تلاقي سعر تاني اغلي الفرق ١٠٠ جنيه و لما تعترض الرد غلطه موظف و عادي بتحصل و لما ترد و تقول لاء مش عادي في اي مكان في الدنيا و المفروض احاسب علي الموجود… مفيش مدير و مفيش اعتذار و كمان لما تبدي الاستياء و تقول انا لازم اشتكى يقولي اتفضلي ؟! هل ده لانه عارف ان الشكوى مبيحصلش فيها حاجه؟ و انه عادي ان الناس تشتكى و ان مفيش حمايه للمستهلك… علي فكره انا مش مبسوطه من المبدا و الفكره والا مبالاه. Is it ok for bull & bear? Any lead to contact? To push my complain further? Is it normal to shop a trouser with price labeled on with a value of 299 and when I went to pay the cashier said it's 399? He said it's a staff mistake no problem, it happens and full value should be paid and he was so fine to complain. Is it because he was sure that no reaction will take place? Annoying behavior. Is it fine also with pull & bear too?

Went here to purchase the top which I need staff assistant for size. One of the lady who work there just stop and starred at me saying all already on the rack and left me without helping.. As what I know about this company that they do have training on customers services but I guess that is how they been trained..

after a year of ordering, what I can say is that pullandbear has lost its core. all goods that can be ordered online are highly overpriced. You find a piece of clothing that costs 40 euros, and after two months it goes on sale and you can buy that same piece for 70 percent less money. I don't understand the point of putting those crazy prices that eventually come down rigorously as well, the clothing has lost their quality! (not only with this company, with all of them.)I have a feeling that someone is making fake things and selling them on the internet. Im happy that you use and sending your ithems in paper bags. but I will never buy clothing again because you disappointed me in terms of quality and price.

Rubbish quality, over priced goods, terrible customer service. Recently bought my daughter a cap- twice the price of a similar one in Bershka. Huge queue in store, 1 person on tills, who was constantly checking her phone, so queue took ages. Realised when I got home cap faulty. No choice but to keep as going on holiday following day & needed it. Emailed with photos asking for partial refund and mentioned rubbish service in store just got automated email back, telling me to return to store, no mention of customer service in store. Very clear they hadn’t read mine. Sent another, got a different automated email saying to send back since bought online! Sent another telling them to read my msg & stop sending automated responses, got the exact same reply as I did to first one 🤯. Won’t be buying anything from them ever again

Not impressed at all. Charged UK price but sent an item clearly destined for the EU and with a price tag of 25% less than I was charged. Online chat hopeless - as far as rude I would say. Twitter response was more amicable however, they just said the price I paid was correct for the UK. Won’t be using them again and would strongly recommend others to avoid.

Zero stars. The brand is the opposite of sustainable. The fast cycle is so fast that they cannot deal with defective product. Items on sale by the time you take them home and wear them. Customer Service does not help and just keeps sending you between online and instore support but no one ever understands the defective product nor helps.

Please DoNot order from Pull&Bear. They are a horrible company. 1) They sent me the wrong color 2) I called and waited to get return label. I then sent return package. Now I have been waiting for my refund since February 2/6/2022. Today is 4/20 I called and they are telling me I need to wait for another 30-45days for refund. They blamed on the warehouse process, but at the end no help.

Ordered online, two weeks, and my track.no. still shows that the GLS just received only "data" about upcoming package. So the shop havent even prepared my order for shipment yet. I dont know what to do. Online chat is a scam, only lame generated bot-answers. Email the same, automatic no reply responses. What to do!!!! Thry are totally closed to normal clients contact. This is a total scam, how come its not under lawsuit so far? How do they get away with this? Losers, amateurs and scammers.

Did not buy an evoucher as you won’t be able to use it, you need the person last 3 digits of the phone number they used when they bought it for you , so unless it’s activated you can’t use it, in our case the number they say we used does t work ! Stupid system we wasted £30!

Bought a coat for a family member for Xmas was first of all told I couldn’t send it back but after an email pull and bear were more than very helpful to me, felt I needed to leave a positive review as there are so many not so good ones! I’m more than happy and have received my refund 😊.
