my feedback is not a reflection on my order, but my user experience of the new au.puma.com website built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud... Now i am not sure about what happened here or if the designer was having a stroke when publishing the site, but it is the most frustrating and unnatural e-commerce site ive used in recent times. No search bar, no menu to shop by Mens, or womens, or even by specific collection like Ferrari or BMW for example. You have to have some knowledge of site navigation to find what you want, so therefore those that dont will not have a clue how to find anything. My request, fire the webdev, and fix the site so its user CX and UI is genuinely fluid and functional. Add a search bar, Add a proper menu and dont force people to spiderweb their way in and out just because you think its fun!!! it isnt! wont use the site again till it has a search bar and proper navigation function at minimum!

MY ORDER IS ALMOST ONE WEEK LATE FOR DELIVERY AND NO EXPLANATION FOR THAT. I AM YET TO RECEIVE THE ORDER I MADE ON 12TH OF JULY 2017.
