In response to Kallie, her statement was totally inaccurate. She phoned us and immediately started accusing us of 'taking her money' before shipping her order. She ordered a 'made-to-order' item and it states on the order page it takes 2 - 3 weeks to ship. We are not going to accept those accusations from someone that talks over people and so we just said we would cancel her order immediately and refund her, she said she would NEVER order from us again, the response was okay, good. We value our customers most pet owners are very kind, we understand there are times people are having a bad day, but to call and start accusing our company of basically 'taking her money' and not listening to any reasoning is something we will not put up with. I hope she can find someone that can fulfill her shopping dreams when she orders a made-to-order item.
