“Products are always legit and dosed well, usually here 48 hours after ordering. I have made around 10-15 orders and never had any issues. I actually had them send me a whole vial of replacement masteron and I didn’t even ask for it ! They seem to be very thoughtful, understanding people. Emails are replied to within a hour or 2 aswell. “Love this site and their products. Only problem I’ve had is last time I bought masteron it started forming what looked like ice rocks in the bottom of the bottle. That was about 3 months ago. Decided to try it again just recieved it 2 days ago and it’s starting to happen again. I keep it in a cupboard in my bathroom it’s not cold in there at all. Not sure why it’s happening but it’s expensive and once I see it start to separate I’m reluctant to use it. I have placed probably 15 orders or more and that’s the only problem I’ve had”

What you’re seeing is actually something that can occur when a product is produced at a higher concentration/purity. In these cases, after sitting for some time, the ester can “crash” and form small crystals (what looks like ice at the bottom of the vial). It’s not a quality issue — in fact, it’s often the opposite and reflects a slightly higher potency in the batch.
The good news is it’s very easy to resolve. You can place the vial on a baking sheet and gently heat it at a very low temperature for about an hour, which will fully re-dissolve the crystals back into solution.
That said, your comfort and confidence matter most. If you have any concerns at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’d be more than happy to replace the vial for you.
