I almost threw in the towel so to speak after getting duped by scammers who preyed on suckers like me because they know that if I reported them to authorities, I will be incriminating myself too. As for the customer service/ support, and I am not even kidding, it's equal to or better than what I got from some 5 stars hotels. The lady I talked to understood my plight, and without questions asked, told me she will resend my package and she did.
The points system is great as well. I always use my accrued points to offset the delivery charge. And if you buy over five vials/ packs of product (x), you save a little extra off the cost of each same item. I believe it's also free delivery for purchases over $400. It's also pretty neat that they threw in a free sample in my orders.

“I've bought from 4 different reputable suppliers in Canada over the last year, and PÜR seems to have had the highest quality products by far. The doses on the bottle may not be as high as other suppliers--because they're not lying to you. The injectables always go in butter smooth, work fast, and hit subjectively harder than other, ''higher dosed'' brands. The oil is less thick, produces less inflammation, and seems to absorb much faster, which leads me to believe it was brewed in MCT and free from solvents. However I am unsure and I haven't asked.
(for reference I got their testosterone enanthate back in January of this year, and I decided to try their equipoise and anadrol this last month).
I almost wish I hadn't wasted my time with other suppliers--don't get me wrong--they worked, but the quality was not comparable. When it comes to injectables, quality is above all else.
When I made my last order there was an error on Canada posts end, after leaving a message in their ''contact us'' section they were extremely quick to respond and started the investigation process immediately. Unfortunately the package was never found--but they happily replaced the contents of my package, and gave me a free sample of tadalafil which worked FAR better than any pump product I've ever tried, and let's just say my girlfriend noticed the difference too 😅.
As far as the effects go, I feel like I get more of the positives and less of the negatives. Their test spikes E2 less by quickly clearing the injection depot, and for some reason their EQ has left my blood pressure practically untouched despite front loading it with a gram for the first two weeks. However their Anadrol has given me some pretty bad cystic acne--but I don't think I can blame PÜR for that. Typical Anadrol, though I truely believe other brands should be dosing their Drol at 20mg too. It's plenty. The increase in strength and aggression in the gym is downright stupid strong. Hit a PR on every single lift on the very first day.
If you're considering going for something ever so slightly cheaper, just know you might really be paying an arm and a leg (literally) in the end. Go with PÜR, it's a downright pharma-grade product at a steal of a deal--not to mention their customer service is top notch.”

Testosterone blends at higher concentrations, like Test 400, can sometimes cause post-injection pain (PIP) depending on factors such as injection technique, site, and individual sensitivity. That said, our Test 400 is extremely high purity and part of a consistently validated line of products trusted by thousands of clients across Canada. The majority experience excellent results with minimal or no PIP.

“Customer service is amazing , consistent, and friendly. Prices are pretty awesome considering it's pharmaceutical grade materials, zero pip, smooth and strong!, delivery is always consistent, very fast anywhere in Canada and has an extra security feature for expensive orders so it doesn't end up in the wrong mailbox or stolen, returns and refunds I have never had to deal with because I have always been happy with every product from them, although in other reviews I have seen that if someone was not happy they are quick to exchange or return your funds. “Their testosterone cypionate works and is of good quality. My trough levels on 100mg weekly of the Pur Pharma testosterone cypionate were just above 500ng/dl. From my understanding, this is also the trough level expected from pharma-grade testosterone.
