“My wife bought me several bars for Xmas as I’m type 2 diabetic and I absolutely love it. My favourite at the moment is the orange but I’ve only tried that and the banana which is also lovely. Will happily buy more 😁”

“I was looking forward to my order after some weeks wait. I have to praise customer service as fully informed throughout the wait and appreciate the problems of start up However my salted caramel bar looked very powdery and not fresh. Would prefer my fruit, nuts etc to be within the chocolate not on the surface. I do like the Orange however and will try others.”

“I ordered after watching Dragons Den. I experienced a long delay due to equipment break down but was kept informed about my order status quite frequently. I ordered as I am gluten free and trying to lose some weight and I am not disappointed....they are lovely. Not too sweet and don't stick to the roof of the mouth like regular chocolate and they don't make me feel guilty when I eat them! My son is vegan so I have got him a whole set of flavours for his Christmas present....perfect gift. My 'go to' chocolate brand from now on. Thanks.”

“I ordered this chocolate after seeing it on Dragons Den. I wanted something sweet that wouldn't have lots of calories in ( as I am trying to loose weight) and Heavenly was just the thing. It Is smooth, velvety and lovely tasting. Delivery and customers service is excellent, they make you feel special and can thoroughly recommend this product to anyone that wants a healthier chocolate using ethical ingrediants. The Mint flavour and salted caramel bars are particularly good. Go on give it a try. This chocolate is particulaly good for vegans.”

“Bought for a friend who has to avoid gluten, dairy and sugar but loves chocolate. With this one being low sugar and free from everything else she is enjoying this chocolate so much”

“I absolutely love the chocolate! I am a nursing mother and my son has a milk allergy and I thought I would not taste nice chocolate not being able to have dairy but this is delicious especially the mint chocolate. Customer service team are really nice as well as being good and quick in responses I would definitely recommend and would purchase again.”

“Heavenly Chocolate I am surprised at all the negative comments, but having been involved in several start ups myself I am perhaps a little more tolerant of the problems that can arise.I placed an order immediately after the Dragon’s Den programme and it took many weeks before I received my chocolate, but I was kept fully informed throughout and had the impression of a small team doing their utmost in a challenging situation. As to the chocolate, I ordered the salted caramel, the mint, and the coffee.The first two I found excellent, but the coffee to my mind had little real coffee taste.However to do this with very little sugar, and no palm oil, dairy, or soy, and gluten free, is a significant achievement, and it seems a little unfair to compare it with sugar laden traditional chocolate.If you want that go to the American owned Cadbury’s rather than supporting an innovative small British company. Wishing Stephen and the team every success.”

“Bought several flavours as Christmas gifts and sampled most of them. Delicious. All were lovely but my personal favourites were the salted caramel and the orange. Also welcomed by vegan family members and those trying to cut down on sugar. Delivery took just over 2 weeks which was as expected from the timescale given on placing the order - however, I ordered shortly after the Dragon's Den broadcast so I hit a very busy time period.”

“I purchased various bars of chocolate for myself and as Christmas presents for my sisters. I can honestly say it is the most smoothest and filling chocolate I have ever had. My sisters have said just one piece has felt like eating a whole bar of other chocolate and have been very impressed. I and they will definitely be buying more.”

“I dont know why this chocolate is getting bad reviews. To find a chocolate that tastes as good as this without dairy, gluten and soy free is amazing. Loved all the flavours and will definitely be stocking up again”

“I left a previous review on these chocolate bars which was less than favourable. The owner of the business contacted me to say that there had been a problem with some of the orders which had deteriorated after they'd left the factory and he sent me a replacement for my original order. I now feel able to give a more balanced view of the product. It's a nice alternative to chocolate with the additional aspect of a free- from product which will appeal to many of us who have trouble with dairy etc. I have given this review four stars as a caution to those who are used to eating normal chocolate bars and who just wish to have a healthier alternative as this product will take some getting used to to taste buds who are used to a richer form. However I believe it's a good alternative with plenty of health benefits. I would also like to point out after after some teething problems the owner has been quick to rectify matters and I am more than satisfied with the way he's handled my order.”

“I was disappointed with most of the bars. I understand that they took a long while to arrive due to Dragons Den but I was really looking forward to them. There was hardly any fruit in the fruit and nut plus there was only a tiny sprinkling of coconut on the back of the coconut one. The salted caramel didn't taste salty at all. Really not worth the money”

“Ordered 4 bars and couldn't wait to try it. After waiting along time, which i didn't mind because i understood about the demand after dragons den. But when they did arrive i cant say that they were a success. As i had ordered different bars to try i thought there might be at least one i liked but unfortunately they all left a saccharin after taste in the mouth and i couldn't get rid of it for awhile. I hate writing bad reviews especially for up and coming entrepreneurs. And i very much wanted to support a new business but i cant recommend the chocolate, for me the taste just wasn't right. Ive read some of the replies about faulty machinery but I'm not sure which my batch came from, as when i received mine i had waited along time and i was told that the problems had been solved. I wouldn't like to think what the previous batch tasted like. sorry.”

“Understand about reason for delay but my gripe is the product itself. Texture was gritty especially the Silk variety. All of the varieties were virtually tasteless and didn’t melt in your mouth like conventional or diabetic chocolate. Gave three of my friends some to try and asked them their opinions but didn’t say what I thought before they themselves had tried some. All of them said much the same as me. Don’t buy these and waste your money.”

“I received 3 bars of their Chocolate as a Christmas present from my GF, I have quickly just looked at the reviews and someone has pretty much summed up my opinion.. Not a great intial taste but thought I'd give it a chance and have a few more squares, Has left a vile after taste in my mouth and tbh made me feel sick after dinner. I would not recommened, Over priced and taste is disgusting not worth quater of the price they charge and I wouldn't have another bar if it was given to me free.”
