I received 3 bars of their Chocolate as a Christmas present from my GF, I have quickly just looked at the reviews and someone has pretty much summed up my opinion.. Not a great intial taste but thought I'd give it a chance and have a few more squares, Has left a vile after taste in my mouth and tbh made me feel sick after dinner. I would not recommened, Over priced and taste is disgusting not worth quater of the price they charge and I wouldn't have another bar if it was given to me free.

I ordered bars on 26th October and I still have not received my order. I chased this as was told they were overwhelmed with orders so I should allow 3 weeks. It's been 8 weeks plus and now I don't have a Christmas present for my diabetic uncle. That kind of service simply isn't good enough.

This chocolate is bad, tastes like lard and has a chemical greasy after taste. I so wanted it to be good.

Due to the dragons den recommendation I purchased 5 bars..extremely disappointed in the texture and taste of this product will not recommend or reorder do not waste your money

Did your best to deliver in spite of a deluge of orders.Advent calenders were badly designed and chocolate was ok but nothing special.Salted caramel was quite unpleasant and none of my family could eat it.After all the hype was very disappointed with my purchase as no one liked it. Maybe you need to tweak the recipe a bit to make it a little more palatable. There are many brands out there who produce very high quality chocolate at reasonable prices - afraid would not buy again but wish you the best of luck in the future.

Totally disagree with those other poor reviews. I think this is brilliant Chocolate and I’m willing to pay a little bit more for such a healthy, premium product.

Extremely disappointed with the taste of this chocolate. Liked the branding but extremely overpriced. Better tasting chocolate in Aldi and whilst I appreciate it's 'healthier' would rather have less of another brand and not pay over the odds for 'Heavenly Chocolate'. Had ordered so many bars to give to family at Christmas but too embarrassed to do so and had to return for a refund. I simply cannot believe the current recipe is the same one as the Dragons tasted and can only assume it's been changed to generate more profit? 100% wouldn't buy again or recommend which I am really sorry to say as I was so enthusiastic and wanting to support Stephen in his new business and had lots of admiration for him.

I was happy to wait for the order following the dragons den rave reviews. However I am disappointed in the taste and texture. Not pleasant, lower calories but I’d rather eat less of a better tasting chocolate bar

Ordered several bars to get the free postage and thought they would make nice stocking fillers. Just tried the Salted Caramel. No idea why 'the Dragons' raved about this chocolate. My husband and I are extremely disappointed with its taste and especially the awful aftertaste. Left my mouth dry and desperately need something to take the taste away. My husband left most of his, something he never does with chocolate!

Poor comms and ignored emails while holding on to our money since the Dragons Den appearance. Got fed up of being fobbed off and phoned the credit card company to issue a refund. Won't use again so another lost customer for life

Made an order 11 weeks ago and still waiting for it to arrive. Communication extremely poor, I have had to chase several times and I am completely bored and over it now. Just e-mailed and asked for a full refund. Not holding my breath I will get a quick reply. Shame a businesses like this should be admired and supported and we would have supported but if you cannot get the basics right, it leaves a bitter taste, even without trying the chocolate!

Had a long wait for my order, but this was following the high demand following Dragons Den, and they did keep me updated by e mail, so fair enough. However, was really disappointed with the product, considering how the Dragons raved about how nice it tasted. Salted caramel had hardly any Salt, and the taste was not pleasant at all. The Orange/chocolate I had to throw away as it was disgusting. I appreciate this is not a sweet chocolate, and a differet recipe to "normal" chocolate, but quite honestly it tastes awful. So disappointed after paying £20 and waiting so long.

Waited 10 weeks for the chocolate to arrive. Bought it to support a new business & was very disappointed. Chocolate is extremely poor quality & leaves a taste of chalk in your mouth after you eat it. I won't be buying this product again & wouldn't waste your money on it. Very poor communication when emailing throughout to see where your order is.

Like many of the reviews below, I waited 7 weeks for the order. Email comms was ok, not the quickest. The actual chocolate itself is not very pleasant! Over sweetened, with a cheap vanilla and chalky under taste. The sugar free choc Sainsbury's make for 85p a bar is loads better! Very disappointed and definitely won't be ordering again.

Update. Long wait but understand the teething problems. Now arrived and tried one of the bars and enjoyed it. Nice to have an alternative that is dairy free and low in sugar. Thank you!

Placed an order for advent calendars, which arrived within two weeks with no problem. My children are enjoying their treat daily and totally give them a thumbs up 👍. We were so grateful for someone to put the effort in to make a difference for children and adults who struggle with treats, so a BIG thankyou.

I am struggling to understand why there is any venom in remarks around delays with orders. I spoke to the MD personally when I asked how things were going with my order. He explained. I understood. A small business breaking news ground. An alternative chocolate with no sugar stands out entirely in the free from sector hence my interest. Production issues are inevitable in a small start up and i for one am glad to support as an early adopter if this product. The bars arrived and I must say I thought they were excellent. I’m especially fond of the fruit and nut. The advent calendars were really good and very well received as gifts by a few friends. Stephen Conway “breathes” this business. I’m happy to be patient and happy to recommend. Well done.

Yes the delivery took a while but the customer service was excellent. For dairy intolerant people and with only 2% sugar it tastes great. Mint is good. Would like some minty chips in it if possible in future 😁

Order some of the chocolate a week after the product was shown on dragons den. A week later I received an email there a significant delay to my order due to the company taking 7 months of orders in 7 days. I think reading that my expectations of I might have to wait, I am fine. I have been informed, this is a small start up and I understand the effort large companies go in order to keep us customers happy. Therefore, my expectations were met. Received my order before December so I decided to take the chocolate to work so my colleagues to try as well. It’s Christmas. Most of my colleagues loved it; they loved lack of sweetness to the chocolate which was made with only 2% sugar, Compared to Cadbury’s of 56% sugar. After trying the chocolate and getting used to the taste, which takes time, I will not lie I am used to Cadbury high sugar bar after all these years. Going back eat Cadbury’s you can taste the sweetness. A few have ordered a couple of bars for their family to try. Overall, I would say it is a positive.
