Was really looking forward to getting this chocolate after seeing it on Dragons Den, and happy to wait when they had such huge demand. However the chocolate was inedible. I got the Silk, Fruit and Nut , and Salted Caramel. As others have said, they were bland, and left a horrible after taste. All I had was one square of each and have asked for a refund as they are so horrible.

Waited a long time for delivery but very disappointed on receiving and tasting the chocolate. Very bland and gritty. Maybe good in relation to other chocolates in that market but not a patch on proper chocolate

Again like most had to wait for the chocolate, which wasnt a problem and it was nice to be kept up to date and have information. However i just didnt like the chocolate at all once it came, leaves a funny feeling in your mouth and is not a nice taste. More mocolate than chocolate! Possibly the people who do have these allergies/restrictions will enjoy it more but us chocolate lovers are left dissapointed :(

Brought every bar available You will need to get used to the taste if your used to standard chocolate If I'm honest It's ok not really heavenly It's eatable you're desperate not worth £3.50 per bar

Like so many others, I waited a very long time to receive my chocolate, but understand the reasons for this delay. I truly wanted to support the small business man. Sadly like others, found the chocolate to be very disappointing. I ordered assorted, flavours, 7 bars of it. It just does not taste good enough for me to order again. It's just bland, lacking in any flavour/substance. To me, each bar is a very poor imitation of chocolate. Big let down as I was expecting a lot better, particularly as the Dragons seemed to love this product. I simply cannot understand why

Long delay on receiving my 3 bars,they were ok nothing outstanding and a bit expensive as the 3.95 bars were thin Thought I was going to have a heavenly experience but disappointed Don’t think I’ll buy again unless by special offers

Completely understood the delays in delivering and pleased to be kept informed but so disappointed by the chocolate. Tried the caramel, milk, fruit and nut and plain. The plain was the best and tasted of chocolate but I found the others nasty, strange taste and aftertaste. Gave them away but my neighbour didnt like them either! I am so sorry, wanted to love it.

Just received these after a fair wait. I ordered off the back of watching dragons den so I could understand the wait whilst they caught up with the sudden influx of orders due to the publicity. I was happy to wait. However, I don't rate the chocolate. The packaging and general feel of the bar is not that of a premium product, the foil/plastic wrap doesn't even fit the bar. And the chocolate itself is not delicious. The flavours are bland. The toppings are sparse. The texture is wierd af. Kind of oily, kind of grainy, kind of cold?! Hard to explain but literally feels cold in the mouth.. Yeah just no flavour and not satisfying at all. As far as having this as a diet friendly choc I'd much rather just have a very small portion of a normal chocolate or forgo it altogether. I get this is great for those with intolerances but I believe there are better products.

Waited for chocolate to arrive took nearly 7 weeks, due to fact they were on dragons den which i was happy to do, but was so disappointed due to the fact that all the bars we broken on arrival no proper packaging at all, cost was over £20 for 7 bars I was giving these as presents which is now impossible, please pack these better, just a cardboard box nothing else is not except able will not buy again very poor

I finally received my chocolate yesterday. To be fair, I was kept informed of the problems they were having and was happy to wait. However, I am so disappointed with the chocolate. I had the orange, salted caramel and plain. I so wanted it to be delicious after all the hype, but it is really not very nice at all. I know we all have different tastes, but quite frankly I find it all pretty tasteless. I can't believe that the chocolate I received is the same chocolate that Peter Jones drooled over!!!

Like everyone else extremely long wait for delivery, in total 6 weeks 4 days from ordering to receiving. Bars are smaller than expected and have only tried the coconut bar so far, but not that impressed at all in the taste and probably will stick to chocolate we like and can trust in the future, and is freely available without nearly a two month wait. Shame as we wanted to support a family business.

Terribly disappointing. Waited some time after ordering following Dragons Den and after hearing how highly the Dragons rated it I was really looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately I did not enjoy it at all (tried the silk and the orange) and struggle to understand how the Dragons were able to say how nice it was. I know we are all different but seeing the 5 star reviews on the website leaves me wondering how people can say how nice it is when I found it so unpleasant. Has something changed? I didn’t have any problems with their customer service and they kept in regular contact about the delays. Feel very let down.

I waited nearly two months in excitement but when it came I was very disappointed Coconut tasted like soap. Spat it out Silk was slightly better so ate two chunks. Then began to feel sick. Horrid aftertaste. To me it tasted similar to dog chocolate Been queasy all afternoon. Perhaps allergic to the artificial sweeteners. Who knows. But won’t buy again

Not good ! Thought that I would support after seeing on dragons den. Purchased a selection which didn’t arrive (although lots of excuses followed). It would appear the demand was too much after the show. I presume they must have had some ‘ready Made’ chocolate.. after 1 month and having received an email offering their new Christmas advent calendar, I decided a refund would be in order... I received that with zero apology. Won’t be ordering again. Good Luck

I placed an order on 23rd of september for 3 bars of chocolate ! As of yet i have received nothing other than a response to an e mail i wrote asking when estimated date was likely. I did nt get a clear answer, just saying they were busy and it would nt be long. . Now its 3 weeks later and still nothing. I am not impressed . No updates to let me know whats happening .

Ordered on the 23rd September 2019, after featuring on Dragons Den. After no delivery by 1st October, was told it could be 3 weeks before we receive the order. So now it's 4th November and still no sign. Phoned Pure Heavenly when to expect delivery and again was told approx another 3 weeks. To be honest I'm not that desperate to have the chocolate, but thought supporting a small confectionery business would be beneficial to them. Well I guess I was wrong! I'll be getting a refund and won't be ordering again. A little bit of advice, please get your eggs in order and when appearing on a high profile programme such as Dragons Den, make sure you can meet customers requirements whichever way the outcome may be.
