“I ordered the face wash, having bought some on a visit to the lakes in The summer of 24. It's beautiful and I love the soft skin and clean feel it leaves on my skin. I will obviously be ordering more when this one has gone, but it does last a long time as you do not need to use too much Just as a note when I ordered I mentioned that a Christmas gift shower gel had not had the top on properly and had leaked .... it was just for info. To ensure it didn't happen to others. I was delighted when my face wash arrived to find a lovely complimentary lip balm in the package as an apology. It was not necessary but what excellent customer service thank you so much”

“I am absolutely delighted with all of the purchases I have made from Pure Lakes. I have bought facial cream, eye cream and handcream and then I followed this with handwash and a hand and body lotion. My skin has never felt better especially my hands as they easily crack and are very dry. The pot of handcream is outstanding. I love all of the scent of the products - they are not too overwhelming and are a very natural scent.”

“I purchased Pure Lakes Hydrating Handbalm, it has been my favourite hand cream ever. The smell is divine and it moisturises beautifully. Customer service is outstanding, having had an incident with delivery (absolutely not Pure Lakes fault) all was rectified instantly. Thank you for amazing products and customer service.”

“I use a lot of Pure Lakes products and absolutely love them all - both for performance and the gorgeous scents. Travelled to the Lakes for a holiday in October and visited the HQ. Such a lovely welcome and and the ladies gave me a tour. Such a friendly personal service added to what I’m sure will be my continuing brand loyalty. Thank you to all the team 🥰”
