“A recent purchase wasn't the same as previous purchases due to ingredient variety (to my understanding). I was really disappointed as I like using this company as most of their products are vegan, eco responsible and local. I got in touch and Gareth was very helpful and keen to help me find something more suitable. Excellent customer service.”

“I came across Pure Lakes products when visiting the ladies loo at the Honister slate mine and loved the Sweet Basil & Orange hand wash and hand/body lotion so much that I ordered some as soon as I got home. It's the perfect smell for autumn!”

“The neroli, frankincense and rosehip hydration cream has been a saviour for me, especially during covid. My skin had become extremely dry, probably due to stress, cold weather and spending more time indoors.. it cleared my facial eczema within days. “I made my first purchase from Pure Lakes. I loved the fact that I could send back my containers to refill at a reduced price. I bought Soap Free Facial Cleanser, Hand and Body Lotion and Shea Body Butter. On using each of these I could feel the quality of the product on my skin and am so very pleased with them all.”
