“I purchased Pure Lakes Hydrating Handbalm, it has been my favourite hand cream ever. The smell is divine and it moisturises beautifully. Customer service is outstanding, having had an incident with delivery (absolutely not Pure Lakes fault) all was rectified instantly. Thank you for amazing products and customer service.”

“I use a lot of Pure Lakes products and absolutely love them all - both for performance and the gorgeous scents. Travelled to the Lakes for a holiday in October and visited the HQ. “I just love Sweet Basil & Orange Hand Wash....it is gentle on your skin, does a very efficient job of cleaning your hands and has the most beautiful scent! Visitors who come to the house often comment on its beautiful scent and I have purchased it for many of my friends . I would thoughly recommend this product !! “I originally bought Pure Lakes products out of interest and to support a business near where I was born. I'm so pleased with all of the products especially the gentle face wash which works well, has a lovely scent, and lasts for months and months, which was a real bonus. All of the products I've bought have been similarly excellent, gentle to my skin and so economical to use. Swift response to purchase request is also a bonus and the bottles come well wrapped. I'd urge anyone with sensitive or dry skin to give Pure Lakes products a try, and you might not need anything else for good, calm skin.”

“I bought Pure Lakes fantastic lotion in Troutbeck at a visit in 2022. I loved it for the first try - and so did my grown-up daughters ! “I came upon these products very recently and what a find!! I have purchased the Hydrating Hand Balm and Facial oil. I love both products and I use them every day. My hands get quite dry in winter and I find the hand balm very soothing. The facial oil is very good for my mature skin. I've also bought the hand cream for friends for Christmas presents.”
