“As always my Pure Lakes order arrived very quickly. One of the items I had ordered the bottle size was out of stock so a bigger bottle was substituted at no extra cost to me with a hand written note appologising. Brilliant products, excellent service! Pure Lakes deserve all the awards they receive. Would 100% recomend.”

“I csme across Pure Lakes products at a farm guesthouse in the summer and was instantly and pleasantly surprised. I have an aversion to highly scented bathroom products many of which which can feel slimy on the skin. Where possible I like to use environmentally friendly items with no unnecessary additives. Pure Lakes products are now a firm favourite! My order was so beautifully packaged and delivered promptly. Thank you Pure Lakes 👏👌🏼”

“Absolutely love the scents of shampoo and shower gels. Bought some as gifts and feedback was tremendous. Consequently I have placed another order for Christmas presents. The service from Pure Lakes has been very good, especially when I was ordering and put the wrong quantity down, but they sorted me out. Much appreciated.”

“I tried the hair products whilst staying at the Brimstone earlier this year and was impressed at how it made my normally dull and prone to frizz hair feel. didn’t get chance to buy it on my way back home (just an idea but would it not make sense to have the brimstone sell your products to guests) and decided to order some online. Came quickly and my hair has been equally as good since using it (I had wondered whether it was different water type having the impact). I would like to see a 1 litre refillable pouch to decant into the bottles to make them more sustainable. A 5 litre bottle is too much for an individual but perfect for a hotel guest. You are missing a huge opportunity by not supplying refills to the consumer in this way! I’m not sure I would post my bottles back to be refilled as this is too much of a faff and takes the risk that the containers get lost in our poor postal system .”

“Absolutely fantastic service. The refil service is just amazing. Buy it online, repack and send off and within a few days it's back to you! Had a phone call from a lovely lady as they couldn't find my address with the postcode, that was sorted immediately. The fact that all the products are natural and handmade makes using them all the better. Never had such amazing skin before I started using Pure Lakes.”

“I first used this brand whilst staying in a hotel in Penrith. I was so impressed - I used the handcream every day and my hands were in better condition when I got home than I can ever remember! I've got horses and dogs - my hands take a beating! I've tried so many handcreams - scores and scores, but I can honestly say that the Pure Lakes hand and body lotion is the best.”
