“I ordered 2 packs of sliced Iberico ham it was very poor quality, very tough hard to eat I tried both packs they were the same I through away more than I eat. This ham should melt on your tounge. I did complain but no reply. This was part of a special meal and was very disappointed.”

Hi Doug Thanks for your review, I have just checked our delivery tracking which states that it is out for delivery delivery today the 2nd of December, (you paid for our 5 to 6 working day delivery service). You placed your oder on the 26th of November so your delivery date should be before the 7th of December (our couriers do not deliver at weekends). If you do not receive your goods please let us know and we can follow it up for you.
