"Dr. Ben Thompson was recommended to me via our support group in Dallas, I believe Greg Schwarz recommended him and spoke highly of him to our group in September 2021.\r\nMy tinnitus started in 2012 however at times I go through extremely stressful situations with this ongoing anxiety & it adds to it at times along with sleep pattern issues.\r\n\r\nWith several weeks of very little sleep and anxiety hitting me hard I reached out to him for a consultation it was very successful. I decided to do the 7 day challenge immediately.\r\nI\u2019m so glad I did I saw immediate results listen carefully to everything he communicates in his mediation exercises listen to every word and do as he says it will be very rewarding \r\nTrust me! Mindfulness was so successful I immediately got silence and eventually total sleep without the use of medication for sleep.\r\n\r\nI\u2019m NOT saying I don\u2019t have some ringing spikes some days, which can be annoying but I\u2019ve learned how to breathe again, how to react to stress, meditation daily will bring many benefits \r\nIncluding peace. Immerse yourself into yoga in posture, in meditation, listen & use a comforting background masking I suggest the CALM app.\r\n\r\nBegin to realize that you will have peace you will have joy again how soon we react to it will dictate recovery time let go BREATH through your nose \"I\u2019m NOT tinnitus\". That said I highly \r\nrecommend Dr. Ben\u2019s counseling sessions I really believe this man is the the \"Zen Master\" for tinnitus & he\u2019s so real & genuine an awesome human being!"
