“Pure juicer is the best. The quality exceeds Norwalk by miles it makes the Norwalk work like a toy and their price is less than the Norwalk. I've been using the machine for 1 year now and every time I make the most potent mixtures. I juice fresh raw ginseng root. It's a hard root to extract because there's not that much juice in it, but the pure makes it so easy and gets the most juice out of it.
Very sturdy machine. I used to have to send out my Norwalk for maintenance regularly. I never have to send this one out. The blades are so strong they never dull. One year later my blades are still as sharp. I had to sharpen my blades with Norwalk at least once or twice a year. Also Pure is not on a press bag/napkin scam. Their bags are so strong I've never broken a bag yet. And they are easy to clean. Norwalk bags break easy and they are hard to clean along the seams. And they sell for a better price.
And I'm very impressed by all the juice it extracts, you can keep the Press running for as long as you want to get every last drop.
And the juices make me feel healthy and vigorous daily. And it's comfortable to know I have a high resistance during this Covid time.
When I juice, I spend one day out of the month to make about 5 gallons to last for the month. My household drinks a gallon a week. After I juice I put it in the freezer and every week take a new gallon out to thaw. There is this misconception that vitamin potency decreases with freezing, not true. That is just a myth or a fallacy whatever you want to call it. It's really just an excuse not to drink juice daily. It is a fact that juicing takes work, time and commitment. And the average professional doesn't have time to juice everyday, I know I certainly don't. I've been juicing for 25 years I've owned the Norwalk for 20 to make a very good comparison with the Pure. All my friends who have juicers don't get to drink juice that often because they cop out to that myth that it's better to drink it right after you first juice it.

Ease of use…
Top notch… 2 stage juicing will always be more labor intensive than other types of juicing.
Personally, I am okay with that. I am purchasing expensive organic produce, and it is important to me to get every possible drop. It is also important that my Organic produce is not forced through plastic chutes and screens...BPA free or not! I am also not tearing the juicer down, several times a juicing session to clean it...because it is all gummed up with pulp.
Customer service…
Top notch... I had a problem with the cutting knife, and called Pure. I was transferred to the
owner of Pure within minutes and sent a shipping label. Pure went above and beyond to make things right!
Price…
Top notch… The reason I have been through so many juicers...is I keep burning the motors out, or some cheap plastic part will break rendering the juicer useless. Some of these plastic juicers cost well over $500, and are dead within a year of intensive use, not to mention your juice is being processed through plastic! Backed by a 12 year transferable warranty, the cost of a Pure juicer is a great value. When you think of all the things you are willing to spend a chunk of money on, how many of them are an investment towards your present and future health?
