Received product in a usual sealed cardboard box but the box the device was in was crushed and opened and there are no directions. Honestly it look like an open box return which I am certainly not excited about putting in my mouth for 8 hours a day. Admittedly the device is wrapped loosely in plastic. Not as excited about the potential of your product

We'll even include an individualized, postage-paid return shipping label for you to use to return your old device. Just remove your new PureSleep from the box, replace it with your old one, seal it back up, apply the return shipping label and drop it in any USPS mailbox. You’ll conveniently have a new one within days and it won’t cost you a cent. You can call our customer support department at 866-879-3777, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Eastern Time, or you can go to our website and send us an email by clicking on our “Support” tab. I have been using PureSleep for decades since I ditched my CPAP. No more snoring or heart stopping wake ups. I do have diagnosed sleep apnea but I don't know what "obstructive" really means. All I know is that I get a good night's sleep (8 hours).

I have used PureSleep successfully for many years. Although I have tried several other similar products, I have not found any that have the same performance and comfort. They are also durable, will last many months if properly cleaned after each use.

The mouth piece instructions for overbite left it so I could not close my lips comfortably. Besides this is did not eliminate my snoring. Very disappointed.

Thank God I have PureSleep back in our world!!!! My husband ground thru the last one finally, and I ordered another for him. I tell you What a difference in my mood with some sleep without the roars of thunder coming thru! Happy rested wife = Happy life:) Thank You

I’ve been using it for two weeks now and it has certainly helped me with the snoring although I do still snore but not as loudly or as much. But it has eliminated the sleep apnea and I do not stop breathing at night anymore so I wake up feeling much better.

Worked surprising well to control my snoring for which my boyfriend is grateful! Had to redo fitting instructions a second time for solid fit but was easy to do. Slightly uncomfortable first 2 nights and then no problems after that. You have some drooling during the night so just keep a wash cloth or paper towel on your nightstand. Well worth it as it is a game changer for any relationship.
