“Should fit top and bottom to teeth separately, then click them in the proper jaw alignment. I had to re-do mine and the molds aren't fitting like I want. Don't know if I can still send back for replacement? Its been 4 weeks.”

“I wasn't sure if it would really work but my husband noticed a difference the first night. He said I was quiet as a mouse. If I take it out, the snoring starts again. I notice more restful sleep after wearing it as well. Worth the price and the guarantee is great.”

“Took 3 tries to get it to fit so that it wasn’t painful. Sleep app says I still snore just as much as I always do and now it also says I am choking. Probably because you can’t swallow as easily while wearing device. Overall, seems like a waste of money. Could have bought a $5 mouth guard at CVS that would have been just as ineffective.”

“It has stoppedbmy snoring! It seems like the molding needs a little help. My top jaw will fall out of it. Like the molding part needs to be deeper. Over all i like it. I have used other products, this one has worked the best.”

John, you can return your PureSleep for a full refund using the individualized, postage-paid return shipping label included with your order. But before you give up, let us help! It is absolutely normal to experience some discomfort for the first two or three nights, as you acclimate to using PureSleep, but then, this discomfort should disappear. If PureSleep didn't eliminate, or at least very significantly reduce the loudness of your snoring, it's likely that your jaw was not held far enough forward during the fitting process, meaning that during use, it won't hold your jaw forward during sleep, and that's how PureSleep opens the upper airway to allow more unobstructed breathing. If this is what happened, we need to send you a new PureSleep so you can repeat the fitting process, holding your jaw a little further forward. But don't worry, we'll do it conveniently and completely free! Just call our customer support department at 866-879-3777, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Eastern Time, or you can send them an email by going to our website and clicking on the “Support” tab. You can use the return shipping label to send us your old PureSleep and we'll send you a brand new one. It'll be fast, convenient and it won't cost you a cent. We hope you let us try to help you get the results you wanted!
