“My wife is a small woman and it looks and feels oversized in her mouth so much that initially wouldn’t use. Now trying to get her to put it in periodically during the day to try to get used to it.”

“Unfortunately, I can not find a comfortable fit for my mouth and was unable to keep it in my mouth throughout the night. I’ve read all of the instructions, tried all of the different hole adjustments, and have put it in boiling water to help find a comfortable fit for me. While this product may work for some, it’s definitely not an option for me.”

Anastasia, We're sorry that you didn't get the results you wanted, and we're sorry for not responding to this review sooner because we think we can help. Even though your sixty-day guarantee period just now expired, we are extending it until the end of November because we were tardy at responding to your review. From your description, it seems that there may have been a problem during the fitting process, and while some problems can be corrected by repeating parts of that process, it's not possible to pull the upper and lower components apart after they've been fitted. If you do, it pretty much destroys the device. However we are happy to send you a new one so you can try again, and we'll pay the postage to send you the new device and even include an individualized postage-paid return shipping label that you can use to return your old one! Call our customer support department at 866-879-3777, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Eastern Time, or go to our website and send us an email by clicking on our “Support” tab. Since your unit would normally no longer be covered by our 60 day guarantee, please advise the customer support representative to look in your order record to see the special note that was left there, instructing them to honor the guarantee until the end of November. As long as you get the fitting process right and can tolerate two or three nights of discomfort as you acclimate to useing PureSleep, it's extremely likely that you will have excellent results...we promise!

“I have very bad sleep apnea and I am unable to use the machines. Pure Sleep is a game changer for me. It allows me to get a decent nights sleep if I did not have it I would be in trouble.”

“I love my PureSleep! I used to 'sleep' 8+ hours a night trying to get rested, but I wasn't getting much rest. I would get up in the morning and still be tired. Now I sleep about 6 hours a night and wake up without an alarm clock, rested and ready for the day.”

“First ones my husband and I got were great , second ones design seemed a little different had issues company did send us replacements those were a Little better but still not like the first ones not quite as comfortable to wear .”
