The price was very reasonble and the drop off point is very close to the terminal. The only downside was the fact there were three different booths handling the admin of the drop off and they had no sensible system for identifying which one to go to. We ended up having to go to all three booths before we found the right one. This wasted a lot of time.

Very efficient on return, friendly staff and smooth collection. However drop off was really tricky as we could not find where to drop the car off - what three words took us to the wrong place and we had to go round THREE times before we finally found the discreet maple parking booth on level 4 at Terminal 5. We were becoming concerned we would NEVER find you and that we would miss our flight leaving us no option but to use long stay parking at huge cost. Fortunately another parking company told us how to find you.

It was good and I would use them again BUT you need yo make it crystal clear that you work together with Q Parking because yesterday whilst waiting fir the bus at no. 7 or8 bus stop at Gatwick many buses came in all with different company names including Q Parking, no mention of purple parking on the front of the bus then ONLY as it drove off did I see purple parking on the back of the bus so too late it was gone so had to wait for the next one, very annoying indeed!!! There was also a young couple with a baby and another lady passenger that also watched it go so something is def not made clear enough!! Spoke yo the driver who said Qpark was on back of our collection ticket, he showed us a white card with black writing that did stand out BUT my card was black with black writing amd I did not see it. So I suggest you improve this or you may get some bad reviews, thank you. On the second bus Purple Parking was written on the electronic sign but on the first bus that we all missed it said Q Parking so we had no idea it was our bus until it went passed us, grrrr!!

The signage to level 4 London Heathrow is confusing as we found we were using Maple Parking and not Purple Parking - the purple signs did not take us to the same firm - when i asked about the confusing signs, staff blamed Heathrow Airport. Leaving the car and delivery back was excellent until we were given a used parking ticket to leave the airport so were stuck at the exit barrier - car park staff were unhelpful and blamed Maple Parking - so had to pay £8.50 and it looks as if some sort of scam is going on so make sure that when you are given a ticket to leave the car park it has not been used previously - rang Maple Parking who could not have been less helpful, told to ring the office, office closed, and i cannot be bothered to chase them - a really frustrating experience - not sure i would use the firm again for this reason

we booked in good faith entering number plate details at no point when quoted price and paid did it say vehicle would be subject to surcharge as a small van. When dropping vehicle to be greated with an additional cost of £175 then advised as only a 2 seater would be reduced to £105 was not what you want prior to departing. On return the staff member was exceptionally rude and we would sadly not book again using this service.
