“Easy to book a slot, very convenient although quite expensive in Summer months especially for a two week slot. Not easy driving the M25 to get there.”

“Arrival at Heathrow location could be better sign posted for those not familiar with its access. Passengers had to self determine which bus was departing to which terminal, no announcement by staff. Return pick-up was excellent both from the terminal and at reception”

“Easy to find, straightforward process, quick transfer to terminal. However, customer toilet was out of order which is unacceptable when your customers have had long drives to get there.”

“Really good for ease and time to T5. All staff were pleasant, only grumble is it looked like our car had been in a western shootout on return! Covered in dry mud stains. Would def recommend though”

“Used the Triangle parking facility at Ocean terminal at Southampton cruise port. Very simple process, got signed in on entry parked up and only a 5-10 minute walk to the terminal. Excellent service and a big saving over CPS parking. Thanks”

“Easy check in and drop off of keys, straight onto the bus and into the airport. On return the driver somehow got everyone on the bus, once back in the car park again all very efficient and easy.”

“Found parking bay very quickly and bus to airport available immediately. Helpful driver and speedy journey to terminal. On return bus sitting waiting at terminal for return to car park. Again helpful driver. Used before and already booked again for May.”

“Booked airport parking online with ease downloaded the app. All the instructions were on the booking on the app and were so easy to follow. Parking is expensive at airports and the discount offered was appreciated. Will defo be using again.”

“Purple Parking was simple and easy and I'd use again. I think once you work out where they are, it's smooth AND we had a mare with a cancelled flight and change in terminal and they accommodated both vehicles to be meet us at T3 rather than T5. Thanks!”
