Upon collecting my car, I found that one of my alloys had been badly kerbed. I spoke to the agents inside whom showed no interest and just told me to email customer services. Emailed on Wednesday still no reply by Friday - called Thursday told tonight and someone would be in touch.

I could not be happier with the meet and greet parking. It was a bit chaotic at drop off because of the sheer amount of people waiting but it was 8am midweek at Heathrow, so kind of expected. The signage for the parking areas just need to be a bit more prominent as not obvious once you get to the level, black signs with white writing on columns in a dull car park are not easy to spot when watching for cars pulling out and people wandering with luggage trolleys, lucky my daughter was looking out for signs but all smooth once we parked. On the way home, amazing, I rang after picking up our luggage, as requested, and made our way to the car park where the car was waiting for us. Baggage claim to driving out of the car park less than half hour. First time I have used meet and greet, will definitely use again.

It was dark when we arrived at the airport. We couldn’t find the correct parking area. Had to ask another company for help. Eventually got car parked and then got bus to the terminal. It was still a trek to checkin. As a result, we only had 15 minutes to use our booking at the Aspire lounge. Not a great start to a holiday. We are both in our 70s and will not be park and flying again. Will organise private transfers in future.

Parking was ok, but no signs to let us know we we’re actually in Purple Parking, not one sign to even show we were even in the correct long stay car Park, which would have been very helpful at 3.30 am

Directions on the confirmation were easy to follow. It was well sign-posted and looks professional and secure. The bus was right there at the entrance waiting and it only took a few minutes to get to the North Terminal. Staff were friendly and polite. No complaints at all. Would recommend.

Be very warned...take a video of the inside of your car, the dashboard, zero your milage and take a photo of the milage at the parking bay before you hand in your keys. Make sure your video covers the key station...take a video of the underside of your car and all around the outside...these people took my car for about 400 miles trop when I was on holiday and severely dented my cars underside near the fuel tank and the fuel tank was leaking fluid but I didn't notice until I got home. I have made a complaint already to them and the police. They could have killed my family if the brakes failed on the trip home. There is likely a strong criminal element at that facility purple parking Gatwick...don't use them. Look at thd complaints I think the majority are ethnic minorities they are targeting.

We landed at midnight from a delayed flight and purple parking refused to collect us. It cost £30 for a taxi. They were rude and when we got to the compound they were screeching the cars around the car park and treating them badly. I’ll never use purple parking again.

Purple parking at Heathrow T 5 - very poorly sign posted and hard to find. Rude and unhelpful very poor service. Car came back absolutely filthy so God knows where it was kept. £179 for a week. Not recommended at all.

Book in and paid Purple parking, only to find out I was in the wrong carpark the one next door. Having to paid £249 to leave. what can i do , the receipt paper was out of paper. Date 24th Dec. Ticket no 473007 reg WF23 PFJ. Entry 2, Long stay Mr C.F. Heal.

Disgusting that the "new location" is way outside the terminal. Awful service and we will never use them again. We have used them for years and it has been so convenient. No one cares and no feedback will be given. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Booked Purple Parking Meet & Greet at Heathrow. Came back from holiday in January to find clutch and flywheel were shattered - were eventually taken to the car park (ie. pot holed and muddy field). Apparently we must have done this damage before we handed over the car (different to what our garage thought had happened). Trying to discuss this with the parent company (Holiday Extras) who we booked it through was pointless - firstly Purple Parking told us (via Holiday Extras) it happened as they drove our car onto the car park (so we assumed it was at start of our holiday), then the last correspondence stated it was when they drove it into the car park the day of our return (so where had it been for 2 weeks?). We also found the car unlocked. Recently returned from another holiday - this time we booked a taxi to take us to and from the airport - less stress and a lot less cost!! Just remember, the customer has no rights!

They advertise collection at the airport within 20 mins after you call. I waited 45 minutes. They offer no apology or explanations when they arrive late. Then after arriving 45 mins late then went on a roundabout collection at other terminals. I left the airport at terminal 2, 1 hour after I called. Also they are every inflexible. I had a missed flight and wanted to take my car out and bring it back the next day to catch the missed flight. Was told I would lose everything I paid if I took the car out. I have used them in the past without issue but the last two times have been very bad service. Very poor company. I am told they are under new management. It shows!
