“Easy pick up, drop off slightly more confusing as directions not clear for South Terminal (North Terminal was excellent) Gatwick. Once we found the drop off everything was very smooth and easy. Thanks”

“Our past experience from Heathrow and Gatwick was great but here in Stansted’s airport everything was vague and no one explained anything in the process of our parking and car hold . I felt very uneasy leaving my car for two weeks there . This place need more organisation .”

“A well sorted operation. Car was there ready in the collection area on arrival. The bus drivers are very helpful too. Could do with a sign on the bus (at car drop off) to say which terminals as everyone asks the driver.”
