Good directions, not quite a 4 minute walk to the airport, but fine for the price.

The transfer buses were timely. The return bus from Heathrow terminals 2 & 5 was dangerously overloaded

The stay and park at the Cambridge went very well. Comfortable room and efficient transfers to and from South terminal. Small criticism is that the menu for the meal on the night before flying was limited.

Very efficient check-in and pick-up. The only criticism is that whoever move my car after check-in must be very short in terms of height - AND FAILED TO RETURN THE DRIVER'S SEAT TO ITS ORIGINAL POSITION. I COULDN'T GET IN!!!! I had occasion to amend my details after initial booking (change of vehicle) and this was very easily expedited.

It is always convenient to be able to pick up our car at level 4 T2 but yet again we had a longer wait than we are used to, we phoned immediately our bags arrived and made our way quite slowly to level 4 and we’re challenged aggressively - had we phoned to let them know we were on our way, the wait was around 20 mins and I don’t think the guys have truly appreciated that many of us can see where our cars are on a App….. why can’t they have our car ready to go as was the previous service - I pay a premium- maybe next time just pay to park at the terminal?

Simple to book and use, only downside was that it was impossible to contact Airparks on the Sunday evening to advise of flight change. No answer on phones and no alternative contact available. If you offer 24hr service make sure it includes customer service.

Straightforward entry and exit at Newcastle Airport. Wish loyalty to Purple Parking was rewarded with bigger discounts over time...never get anywhere the headline percentages offered!

Relatively good value and very easy to park up. Took an age to get from the terminal back to the car though. Waited at least 20 minutes for the return bus then had the customary mystery tour around Heathrow including Terminal 5 which is a right pain when you just want to get home… The journey to all the other terminals does make me think about booking alternatives in future.

Easy drop off and my car was waiting for me in the car park, on my return. Good service. The only downside - you are quite a bit more expensive than other providers.

Sort stay car park blue takes 15mins walk not 7 and its a bit much with a heavy bag and case , prefer mid stay or lond stay when you can hop on a bus and be dropped off at the terminal , Why they cahrge more for short stay I dont know ? I sospe if you have just a light bag its ok

Great all around effective system the only thing that let's it down is finding your car when you arrive back as the zones are very big. If you park at night it's very difficult to see where you leave you car
