Great job. Car park didn’t pick up our reg but an easy call on helpline on exit & all was sorted.

When booking online the website specifically stated that we would keep our keys, upon arriving to the car park this was not the case, had i had known i would have booked regular long stay parking, and the fact that I had a flight to catch i did not have time to argue this or arrange alternatives so was forced to leave my keys with the staff, no member of staff is willing to walk around the car with you at drop to inspect any damages at drop off and pick up so had my car been damaged it would have been hear say, more hassle than it's worth for only a £6 saving from the airports own parking

Parking wise it was ok, friendly staff etc. Annoyingly the bus took so long to leave and then to travel to the departures that I missed my check in and had to get a later flight.

I use all the time the Heathrow airport and I always had a good experience with them. The only downside is the codes that you advertise, as when you book, there is no real difference in price compared without the code.

Good parking, only complaint when being collected from terminal 3 you have to go all the way out to terminal 5 to collect other people, which takes ages to get back to car park, surely it should be done the opposite way around.

This is not what I expected from a "meet and greet". First of all I never received any communication by email about where to go or what to expect. I had to find my own way to the second floor of the orange car park - nobody was waiting outside the departures drop off point as I would have expected. There are a bunch of guys waiting around in the car park, it's not clear if they are purple parking and the signage is really bad. On pick up the car was not waiting for us even though I called as instructed after collecting my bags. When the car arrived it was wet and dirty which meant it had been parked outside / non roofed area, which I didn't appreciate since it had been cleaned the day before we left. All in all a poor experience and I won't be booking purple parking again.

Very simple booking process. Everything went smoothly from arriving at the airport to collecting my car on my return excellent meet and greet service by Manchester Airport. Would definitely consider using the service in the future.

I had no problems in the past ,but when I got into my car at 00.20 it stunk of smoke and my radio station had been all changed , so makes me think the person that moved had been in the car a lot longer than I by anticipated , I don’t smoke so you can see how livid I was

Convenient option to drop off at Newcastle terminal. Car park signage in and to terminal were terrible. Otherwise great.
