“Very efficient and trouble free. But you need to do something about a shuttle from terminal 4. Took way too long to wait for the inter terminal connection. Then the journey time been t4-5 takes very long too! Had to wait 30 mins for the shuttle! Then the journey on your shuttle also takes much too long. I cleared customs by 8am and only reached my car 9.30! Everything else about your service is brilliant!!!”
