For a three day long weekend the price was very reasonable but the service is let down by the bus pick up. We waited for 10 min at the T2 stop...... but then went to T3 and then........ TERMINAL 5 before returning to the car park. We were on the bus for nearly half an hour....! A cheap service, but at the cost of insufficient buses,

So rang after collecting my luggage at LHR to pick up my car on level 4 T5 at 14.53 Now 16.08 and still no sign of the car 😡😡 Been told FOUR times it’s 10 minutes away My phone is telling me my car is 900 yards away and NOT and hasn’t moved To which the guy says “ah it’s a GPS dead spot” Absolutely shocking service 😡😡 There are FAR better services available now Date of experience: 03 December 2024

Nice people, professional, helpful. However bus that turned up after 15min wait full because it was only half size so had to wait again for another. It was similarly driver/bus disorganisation on way out, making it feel too expensive at £180 for 17 days
