“It was basic parking for a reasonable price, there are no frills or extras, but it was great for our needs. Would definitely use again if a reasonable price.”

“We have used PP many times from various airports without issue. Our last holiday was flying from Edinburgh…..no issues although I was concerned on the return journey that not everyone would get on the bus, but they did although crowded.”

“everthing went ok- apart from barrier not lifting for anyone exiting the car park on the 11th January early hours not your fault guess there was a problem due to weather conditions. Would chose again - but prefer jet 2 car park, less walking .”

“I've used the Meet & Greet service at Stansted several times and have been very happy with it. However it is clearly becoming too popular with a queue to enter and needing to park several hundred yards from the key-drop office. The office process is quick but on return on the last 2 occasions there has been a long walk back to the car. I think they need to invest in more people to move the cars to and from their longer term parking area, otherwise meeting an independent M&G service might be quicker.”

“I've used this Meet & Greet service at Stansted a few times now and have praised it in the past for being easy and efficient. Problem is it's getting too popular and there is now a wait on entry, a drive to the far end of the parking area, and so a long walk to the office before getting into the terminal. Also, on return, another long walk to pick up my car which had been left in a cramped space making it difficult to open the tailgate and get the luggage loaded. I hope they will invest in whatever they need to do to improve things as otherwise it is a good service. At the moment, independent M&G services can offer a quicker set down and pick up.”

“Parking was easy to find with what three words, however had to sit on the bus for 25 minutes before leaving for the airport. Very efficient reception and very easy to find the car when I arrived back.”

“London Luton 4 min drop and ride. Not to bad. Close to the airport. The driver seemed very agitated on the 23rd in the morning. There was a loads of unhappy talk with the other staff while we were waiting in the mini bus. Laud talking at one of the stops which seemed very unprofessionally and smoking as well. Coming back 30th the driver was very helpful with the luggage and friendly approach. Over all not bad service”

“Good price for T1 Manchester multi storey parking. Only issue is that one barrier didn't recognise my number plate leaving the car park so I had to reverse in the dark and use the other barrier which worked fine. We were well within the return time so it was definitely an issue with the barrier. Luckily no car behind me but could have been an issue if it had been busy. We've used this car park on numerous occasions and not had an issue.”

“Efficient welcome & departure messages on screen at barriers. Staff always friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to replace the coarse hardcore surface of the parking areas with a surface suitable for wheeled cases!”

“Generally very good. However, it wasn’t entirely clear what I should do on arrival at Southampton airport short stay car park. For example which bayed to park in and if I should leave or keep my car keys with me.”

“Booked with the company many times before ,drop off fine .Pick up we had to wait about 25 mins ,by this time there were many waiting ,I was surprised we all got on the bus .”
