“Signage from arrivals to car park needs improving. It was only with remembering original route on arrival that I was able to find my way back.”

“Our flight was cancelled due to strikes across Germanies airports. We subsequently rang Holiday Extras and were told that there would be a £20 later return fee, however as we had paid for late return cover were told that we would be reimbursed. Sadly this isn't the case and on reading small print it seems you are not insured if there's a strike, in fact there seem to be few occasions when you would be covered. Whilst I appreciate it's a small amount to pay I would advise people to check the T&C and judge whether this is actually insurance or not. The agent I communicated with advised me I wasn't covered so quickly he clearly had the information copied and ready to deliver... Very well rehearsed. Doubtful I'll use this service again, purely on principle.”

“Couldn't find directions to the Maple car park at Heathrow (but fortunately I found a previous set) - and there is no postcode for using Satnav. My wait for bus on return was a bit long. However, overall, the service was good.”

“The customer service was excellent. Very convenient and easy. However I have given it 4 stars because it’s not clear at all at the terminal bus stop retuning to my car that I needed to get a maple parking express bus. I got on the wrong one and it ended with me taking two hours, a bus and uber journey to get back to my car. The people were very friendly but they did say that this happens a lot. So I wonder if there is anyway you can make it really clear at bus stop 30 at Heathrow that you must get the Maple parking bus, even though the email says purple parking. But like I said I can’t fault the people or the service apart from that”

“Very easy. Drop off was quick, which actually saved us for being late! Pick up was easy. It’s just a 4 minute walk from the terminal. Faster than the other Gatwick main valet service! Recommend. Great price too!”
