"AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! *MBW Parking Services* \r\n\r\nWould give no stars if this was an option. \r\nWe used the meet and greet service from Terminal 5 at London Heathrow airport. Booked through Purple Parking, MBW Parking Services\u2019 so called \u2018secure compound\u2019 have a rodent infestation & left our car window\/door open so the back leather seat got chewed by said rodents, leaving hundreds of pounds worth of damage. They claim this is an act of god, which is clearly nonsense and deny any negligence thus refusing to compensate for the damage. Correspondence with Gursh upon reporting the matter was met with rudeness, passive aggressive comments and defensiveness. No apology given, nor accountability or empathy. \r\n\r\nWill never use this company again."

"We booked hotel and parking together, this started our holiday off in style. Easy book in service. Was a Friday night after work so grateful to be booked into the restaurant that evening. Bit pricey but good quality food. Situated on Birmingham Airport, we were able to book in our luggage then return to our room to wait a while before boarding. Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend and we will be using you again."

"On the surface most of this service went well; it was easy to find, park, and catch the transfers. However, I returned very late at night and didn't check my car over until I was home and it was daylight. I was beyond annoyed to find that my wheel had been badly kerbed, see attached photo. Having read other 1 star reviews I can see this is not an uncommon complaint, and I will not use this company again."
