“The waiting time for buses both to and from the airport was a few minutes only. Both drivers were polite and friendly. No problem getting into and out of the parking area. Overall very satisfied.”

“Exactly as booked with clear instructions both ways. Zero delay at any point, you hear so many horror stories about meet & greet, not in this case it was faultless. This was our second time using this service with Purple Parking and so far no complaints or concerns. From the of picking up our luggage we were in the car on the way home within 10 minutes. We will definitely use them again.”

“Easy to book, plenty of spaces and a short hop to the terminal on default mini buses. From landing on our way back, we were through Luton airport and back at our car in about 25 mins. Recommended.”

“Parked the car at Luton Airport. Very efficient service. I like the fact that I could just scan my barcode from the ticket to collect my key. Those are a massive weight at the terminal however which was the only disappointing thing, but at the end of the day it’s not the end of the world. ... they should’ve been clearer instructions to meet the bus again at bus stop E though I did read that it was on the ticket but only after the fact. Overall, a great service. I’m a regular user and so I may be biased. :-)”

“was great on departure. On return was about 40 mins wait in the cold at Gatwick for the car. Supposedly due to roadworks in the area although saw none at 22.00 . if they knew about it why not text on landing and arrange for car to be delivered sooner. Used purple many times before and was good. Not so this time.”
