“was great on departure. On return was about 40 mins wait in the cold at Gatwick for the car. Supposedly due to roadworks in the area although saw none at 22.00 . if they knew about it why not text on landing and arrange for car to be delivered sooner. Used purple many times before and was good. Not so this time.”

“I followed the instructions calling once through customs, but was over an hour before the wheelchair accessible minibus arrived for me. This is unacceptable, I watched 4 normal minibuses pick others up . This was complete discrimination. I want a refund.”

“Used for the first time last week, was greeted by the staff and help and explanation given how to use the booking in machine. Keys waiting for us upon our return. Very simple and easy to use. Will be using again”

“Called as instructed after collecting baggage It then took 1hour for our car to be delivered Was told firstly that the operator had taken down the wrong details even though he know my name and then the driver had taken the car to the wrong terminal It then took 25 minutes to get from the north terminal to the south We could have taken the train and got there in 2”

“Car was as I left it! So convenient to have the fast chargers right there for me to charge my car quickly before my journey home! I only wish they could have charged it for me while I was away, that's a service I would gladly pay for. Thanks!!”
