Usually very good service however this time the barriers didn't automatically raise either at departure or arrival. The assistant did help us but its unnerving when you have to ask for help. No reason was given as to why the automatic number plate reading didnt work.

Price is great. Technology at the gate reliable and easy. Bus regular with space too sit. Only improvement might be better signage and lighting in the car park.

Manchester off-site parking. Drop off/Pick up very good. We parked 4 weeks so nice to see Car turned over & ready to leave. Disappointed to get Home & discover the bonnet release button snapped & hung back in place. It is a fragile part that has previously needed replacing but feel we should have been told about it.

Difficult to find the park. No signs for the company at the entrance! Carpark was full of deep puddles and poorly lit. Small ticket needed for return trip was given without explanation or the need to keep. Fortunately I did! The pick-up point wasn't labeled with 'Purple Parking's. No direction re route out of the park. I could go on! I won't be using your service in Birmingham again. I've had better experiences with you in other UK airports.

Hello I have attached two photos here. One photo which I took at the time of leaving the car with you shows a mileage of 45264 miles.On return the second photo shows the mileage as 45272 miles. During the cars stay at your car park, it has been driven 8 miles. Similarly the petrol consumption indicator shows I left it with a tank capable of 52 miles. On return there was only sufficient petrol for 28 miles. The analysis suggests the car has driven 4 miles each way, and 16 miles worth of additional petrol has been extracted from the car. Please could you help me understand what has happened with the car during its time with you. thank you Kind Regards Mohan

Unfortunately I had to wait more than 40mins for bus to arrive at T5 on an extremely cold evening. One bus was full which is unacceptable based on them knowing how many people are due back to collect cars at pre-planned times. Not helped by a competitor having 4 buses during same period. When I called any of the phone numbers to find out what was going on it was a recorded message.

Parking was fine car park 2 was handy for departure but car park three is better for arrivals but everything was fine. Car parking space's are very close together though so watch your doors like at the supermarket:)

Very happy with the my experience with purple parking .I rang when I was twenty minutes away and there was someone waiting to collect my car when arrived at the short stay car park terminal 3 .When arriving back rang after collecting my baggage and they went to collect car had to wait around ten minutes the whole experience was very easy and hassle free would highly recommend
