"I recieved a tortoise this morning and frankly I am disgusted!\nWell man have you got some work to do, firstly plastic boxes dont travel well they crack, they dont keep heat in not that you provided any, secondly there was no heat pocket at all, nothing to keep it warm, a cold blooded reptile at temps of 6C over night...... seriously?\nThirdly what freaking use did one clump of wet paper serve? No substrate in the tub at all either so the poor thing would have been cold, wet, sliding round and you think thats acceptable way to send a tortoise?\nAlso nearly three weeks to get it delivered.\n\nNow this is how you package a animal for transport.\nPolystrien boxes are your friend they keep heat in and cold out and travel really well.\nSecondly put a freaking heat pocket in there they are cold blooded they need heat ffs.\nThirdly they dont need a clump of nasty tissue what they need is some of their own substrate in there.\nYou put the substrate, animal in a small cardboard inner with holes in, you then put it in the poly box with a heat pocket near it and then pack round it with enough news paper so it doesnt move, then you put a little tape on the poly box to stop the lid coming off, boom done!\n\nFor the love of your animals please massively improve your shipping packaging cause dear god you were the worst company I have dealt with from order to delivery.\n\nI absolutely would not reccomend this company to anyone and will never order from here again."
