“Pyrrha never fails my family. We have a family of 8 that we turn to Pyrrha in order to commemorate events and each member. When I lost my necklace their customer service went above and beyond to help me get a replacement. The hand written notes go a long way with us, since it’s not just a transaction to the company.”
