“This is my second talisman pendant from Pyrrah. I purchased my first one back in 2018, I think. Or definitely about then. And I absolutely love it. My chain broke this year, 2024, so it really lasted. I felt maybe that was a sign to get a new pendant so I did. I don't what has changed, but I found I'm allergic to the new pendant. I'm not allergic to any metals to my I knowledge and have never had this issue before with jewelry. I'm 51, and I've worn a lot of jewelry. I purchased a new chain for my old pendant I am now wearing it again with no issues. Idk, but something has changed with how the pendants are made or with how the metals are mixed and metals are used. Idk. I just know I swelled up horribly and my chest broke out both times I tried to wear the new one. I'm really bummed about it because I love my new pendant, but I can't wear it.”

“Wonderful customer service!!! Let me tell you! I brought a necklace for my husband in august and he and I both adored it! Looked great! However, not even 6months later, the chain broke and the whole necklace is gone! I decided to contact the company and let them know that that happened. They were beyond generous, and offered to replace the necklace and add a stronger chain so that it would not happen again! Unbelievable! I will be purchasing from them again in the future. Beautiful, craftsmanship, and kind humans! Thank you”

“I recently purchased the Pyrrha "Direction" talisman necklace in silver, medium cable chain in the 18" with 20" extender. First and foremost, I am a really picky buyer. I had been looking for a talisman necklace with a compass for some time and kept coming back to this piece. Outside of being a little taken aback by the cost of the necklace in silver, I couldn't be happier with my choice. The size direction they give really helped me choose the right length, and with my purchase I can wear it shorter or longer, love the versatility! The package was delivered within the range communicated. The packaging was beautiful and there was a kind, handwritten note to accompany my purchase. The necklace and pendant itself are beautiful! I wear it daily, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I am happy with the quality and craftmanship of the pendant. The one change I would make since the particular chain I purchsed can be extended, would be to have a true extender on the chain. I can clasp the necklace at 18 or 20 inches, but I cannot remove the additional chain when I have it set to 18 inches, which leaves the additional 2 inches hangining off the back of the necklace. It gets tangled in my hair and other necklace I paired this with. Highly recommend this product, and would absolutely purchase from Pyrrha again!”

“Beautiful well made jewelry! And the customer service at Pyrrha is exceptional. The piece my daughter fell in love with wasn’t available at a local Pyrrha retailer and I wanted it in time for her 18th birthday - so after I ordered online, I emailed to see if I could get expedited shipping on the order. I got a personal and thoughtful response right away from Stefani who helped me with the expedited shipping charge and made sure the talisman would arrive on time. It arrived - wrapped beautifully and with a hand written note from Stefani - the very next day after it was shipped! I was thrilled and my daughter was thoroughly surprised and SO happy with her new jewelry. I’ve given Pyrrha as a gift before - this was my first online order - a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be purchasing from Pyrrha again!”

“Amazing product! My daughters LOVE their talismans. And Stef was amazing at helping me replace my daughter's talisman that had been discontinued, but she worked with the designer, and found a usable mold, and was able to produce a replacement for me to give to my daughter. Stef allowed me to maintain super-dad status and I'm grateful. I tell everyone about Pyrrha!”

“Superb customer service. My son lost the Pyrrha necklace I got him for his 18th birthday and I wanted to replace it as a surprise for Christmas. The style had been moved to archive but they graciously agreed to get the mold out and make me a new one that arrived very quickly and exactly when they said it would. Everything was prompt, professional and courteous and a beautiful, quality product!”
