“I am not enjoying my recent purchase of B. It was not suppose to be liquid but capsules. I think it got switched. Also I do not think the website, order address is portion is not setup quite correctly and makes it somewhat confusing!!!”

“I bought a product from Quantum.. my 2nd purchase of several products of over $100. When I opened the bottle - in the form of a powder, it was a solid block, having suffered from exposure to liquid of some sort. I attempted to return this approx $30 product for a replacement. After sending photos (unusual request from a supplement company), my request was denied because I hadn't opened the product soon enough. This is a stupid policy because the company lost a customer who buys hundreds of dollars of supplements a month. In addition, after I emailed the person who originally told me to send photos and thanked me, she didnt even reply to my email. Zero stars.”
