I bought a product from Quantum.. my 2nd purchase of several products of over $100. When I opened the bottle - in the form of a powder, it was a solid block, having suffered from exposure to liquid of some sort. I attempted to return this approx $30 product for a replacement. After sending photos (unusual request from a supplement company), my request was denied because I hadn't opened the product soon enough. This is a stupid policy because the company lost a customer who buys hundreds of dollars of supplements a month. In addition, after I emailed the person who originally told me to send photos and thanked me, she didnt even reply to my email. Zero stars.

I have received my orders. But the product is expiring in six month. I cannot finish 15 bottles in six months. Contacted customer service for return, still waiting for the shipping label after one week. What is going on?

I still have not received them. I may have to get a refund.I have to file a claim. They were delivered to the wrong house. Quantum does nothing to help. Sent me to fedex. Very frustrated.

I was deterred from competing an order because your website no longer allows me to EDIT my Cart! Why did you change this option???

Almost a week ago I requested a refund for 2 immune support and one nutritional yeast. I have made two follow up calles asking for the return procedure. Both times I was told I would be contacted shortly. I have had no call back or email giving me the refund information. I'm very dissapointed in the poor slow response. QN has verified my purchaes and payment.

I still haven’t received my product. I haven’t even received a shipping notification or tracking number. I would think that you would confirm that the product was delivered before you send request for reviews?
