They sent me a chipped enamel bath and when I sent the picture they claimed they could tell from it the chip was an "installation damage" when the bath wasn't yet installed, I was there when the builders unwrapped it. Terrible customer service, took several emails back and forth to get that answer. There where other things in the order and everything came separate with not delivery updates, the bath showed up one day when I was home alone.

Please be careful if ordering from this company. Ordered a sink and vanity unity - the unit was fine, but unfortunately the sink arrived damaged. There is no protection between the ceramic sink and cardboard packaging. Unfortunately I was away and couldn't check within 3 days of delivery and therefore qssupplies have refused to replace - please consider elsewhere.

They’ve collected my old product and now that they’ve received the product I sent back, they’re refusing to exchange and are saying that they can only refund me without the cost of delivery (which means that I’ll now lose £8 I paid for delivery on an item that doesn’t match the description or image on the website).

Close coupled toilet ordered.
Only pan delivered.
After 4 days of being ignored delivery of seat and cistern promised for delivery.
Only seat arrived.
They wouldn’t put cistern on next day delivery and said only asap.
Who knows when or even what will be delivered.
It sounds like they bow to whatever the warehouse dictates even though they are the incompetent members of staff.

Thereafter they prohibited to their delivery vendor Yodel to deliver the goods to me although I managed to rectify their omission of my address at both QS Supply and Yodel site.

I am not sure what has gone wrong at Qs Supplies. They used to be good and respected in the trade but have gone massively down hill in the last few months.
Still waiting on a delivery from 2 weeks ago. They keep booking in days and times then cancelling. Can't get any resolution from their support as they have taken it out of the UK and have to keep talking to UK staff on live chat. Nightmare. Avoid at all costs.
