“I needed bearings for an OS 120 surpass, QB's prices were way cheaper than model suppliers and are genuine SKF products, not cheap Chinese units. Very good prices and next day delivery, first class!”

“I dealt with Simon Riley. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Just what was needed in order to ensure I found the correct bearings for my application, as one bearing was particularly unusual and obscure. He also had a good sense of humour which made it a pleasure dealing with him”

All the products we provide is 100% genuine product and are fully traceable with the full manufacturer warranty. I shall contact you directly to discuss your case with you. If they have failed so early there must be other influences to cause this.

Thanks for your feedback, I am sorry this happened. The order was placed at 5.42pm on 27 June and was despatched Royal Mail First Class Post Tracked on 28 June. So should have been with you on the 29 June. We are sorry this took longer to be delivered than either of us would have hoped, but unfortunately we are in the hands of third parties when it comes to delivering. However to be fair to Royal Mail they do usually deliver as expected. Thanks again for your order and for your feedback. Regards the QBOL team
