“The price was excellent and the delivery amazingly fast. The only thing is I kept getting emails as though the purchase had not been completed and offering me an additional discount if I went through with it. An annoying glitch in your system, which is otherwise just great. Thanks”

“Still haven't received the order. Spoke to someone on the phone today who was very helpful and explained that stock they had intended to send was damaged and that they have had to re-order from supplier. I am now expecting delivery on Saturday. But; my email query about the delay in delivery wasn't answered and two phone calls were necessary to find out what was going on. In general, telephone staff are helpful and friendly.”

“An email popped in to my Inbox asking me to write a review of my experience with ordering from Quality Bearings. Well, I haven't received my order yet so I cannot judge the quality of the products that I ordered - sure hope I get my order. I can judge the quality of the company's communications with customers and I will call it poor. I did get a confirmation of my order, and later received a shipping notice. But the tracking links were missing from the email, and clicking on the link to see the status of my order required me to enter a user name and password - I had placed the order as a "Guest" so I did not have either a user name or password. So, I really have no way to determine what is happening with my order without sending emails and waiting for responses. Instead of doing that I am going to wait for a few more days and then take those steps I must to get my business completed. If my order hasn't shown up in another week I'll contact my credit card company and cancel payment. Ease of communication/tracking is a key to successful internet sales. With my order it hasn't been done well.”
