“Excellent service with a wide choice of bearings, price and availability to choose from. Can not believe, I ordered at around 4.00pm each time online, received first order on the second day and the second order in next days post and post free!! I also spoke to your staff for advice prior to ordering and found them really helpful, a good experience all round, thank you.”

“Excellent service but extremely frustrating website. As a returning customer I kept getting 'email already in use' message and had to resort to speaking to you directly by phone. Not the intended 'buy it now online'. Put an option on your site before the 'register user' stage where people can opt to use their account or choose to pay with PayPal - They already have all my details registered. I really can't remember the password I chose last time I ordered from you.”
