“I appreciate the customer service I received when I became concerned that the items would not be in by Christmas. They assured me they were doing everything they could to get the items to me. Everyone really liked the gifts from your company.”

“I waited over a month for my product. No one ever informed me my product was out of stock and would not arrive. No one contacted me. I had to reach out to the company to receive MY refund. Not great service.”

“I placed an order on December 5 (all Christmas gifts) and was not informed until 12/18 that part of the order could not be fulfilled. This was after I had contacted Qualtry asking for an order update on 12/15. The remainder of the order made it here just before Christmas. More disappointing than this complete lack of order management and communication was the complete absence of customer service on the back end. I received nothing but a form letter informing me the item wasn't coming due to lack of inventory and that my card was being refunded. Trash. This was the last time I'll be ordering anything from Qualtry.”

“Dog collars were very nice, second time ordering from Qualtry. However I paid for expedited shipping and did not receive in timeframe quoted. Asked for expedited shipping cost to be credited back but just got a sorry. Recommend Qualtry but would not pay for expedited shipping.”

“I placed a late order for Christmas, 12/16/23. Showing Fed EX 2-day delivery. Then a pop up came up and said order $100 and get free delivery. Soooo I added to my order - the pop up failed to say, if you order $100+ you will send it snail mail and it didn't get here in time for my Christmas presents - THANKS! Sooo disappointed - didn't arrive early enough for me to give to family in town or for me to take to family as I traveled - now I have presents for so many people and will need to spend more than I paid to send to 6 different family members - RIDICULOUS!”

“I ordered on Cyber Monday and paid the extra money for the items to be made in America- it says typically ships in 2-4 days - well it took 28 days to arrive in Utah where the company is based ! So all the Christmas ornaments I ordered for friends and family out of state did not receive their gifts! I called and emailed them two weeks in and they said they would be soon. Then every time I emailed I got an automatic response giving me the tracking number which was nothing because it kept saying it was being held by items. I am so disappointed in Qualtry-the communication was awful. Then the ornaments came and didn’t even have a string or ribbon with them. Had left that day to fly out to see family before the box arrived because it took almost 4 weeks for this small order. I also ordered from Gossby online and received that order within a week . Looks like that’s the company to go with next year for gifts !”

“Ordered 2 dog collars, one small and one medium. The size of your collars are incorrect. The medium size could have fit a German Shepard. Very unhappy and won’t be using your company again!”

“While I love Qualtry's numerous items and their quality has always been outstanding, their Christmas shipping schedule left something to be desired...along with their communication about such. I ordered several items for Christmas on November 30, with all of the items being listed as shipping in 1-2 business days. The week before Christmas, I'd received no shipping notice and no updates. I reached out to customer care...and while the agent was extremely helpful, the company should have taken the initiative to reach out first with an update. While all the actual gifts arrived in time for Christmas, I'm STILL waiting on the personal item I had in the order.”
