“If active relaxation is your game! Quasar’s “My Grace” Galapagos cruise is for you and your loved ones. Our two personal Park Nationalist, who had grown up and studied in the Galápagos Islands, took our experience to another level. We met like minded fellow cruisers who helped point out and share in the up close awesome animal experiences. The yacht crew were helpful and fun, we actually missed them upon our return. Our food was personalized and always fresh, with meal options that far exceeded both my wife and my all too often opposite food preferences. We where able to unplug and leave all the planning to our “My Grace” crew. At times, we found ourselves feeling as though we had become part of the nearly 100 years of nostalgia surrounding the grand old lady, “My Grace”.”

“This is the second trip I've taken with Quasar and both were exemplary vacations. This last vacation in Chile couldn't have been planned better. We went from the Atacama desert in the north to vineyards and the artsy town of Valparaiso in the middle to beautiful Patagonia and Los Lagos region in the south. Every day was enjoyable but we never felt too rushed to get from one place to the other. Enough time for relaxation and just enjoying the views was built into our travels.”

“I have been traveling with Quasar for nearly a decade. From Patagonia to the Galapagos, they have been 5 star every step of the way! Each trip I have taken has been flawless from airport pick up to hotel check in to drop offs. The guides are always so personable and knowledgeable and actually LOVE what they do. It shows, and I love that. So much so, that I was able to take a group of 20 women to Chile last month, and Quasar guided us through mountains, forests, deserts and beyond. Everyone had the best time, and I can't wait until the next trip with them! They're truly the best in the business.”

“Our experience on the Quasar Evolution was just fantastic! - one of the best vacation experiences we have ever had. All logistics, from tour in Quito, transit to the Galapagos, and everything onboard was simply perfect. The experiences on each tour and island were just amazing. Special shoutouts to Diane for all the booking and planning, Steve our restaurant and facility manager onboard, our bartender Cesar, and our guides Monica, Cornelia and Alex. It was a fantastic experience all around.”

“Excellent services from Quasar and Evolution staffs. Guides were excellent. I had difficulties walking and getting in and out of pangas and never felt any self consciousness re staff. Accommodations very nice. Food had good variety especially as regards dietary preferences. Food was abundant good though not excellent.”

“The staff at all points could not have been any better. Everyone of the crew made a special impression. This was our second time on the Grace and to see some of the faces from our first trip and be welcomed was a special treat. I walked around on board for at least a day with the biggest grin just because I was so happy to be back on the Grace. In terms of possible improvements; Dry towels in the rooms more often Clear instruction guide for the AC Making sure the Coffee Machine was clean and ready for use the nite before An option for smaller food portions SAFETY VERY IMPORTANT Most of the life jackets used in the pongas had a RED indicator indicating that they required service.”

Your suggestions for possible improvements have all been sent to our hospitality team so that they can make all the necessary corrections. Regarding the issue with the life jackets, please rest assured that Quasar places the safety of our guests above all else. All the life vests and pdfs we provide on our cruises are safe and approved. We use a system to mark vests so we know which one’s to replace on the next round. The vests you used were safe and in good working order but were due for replacing (hence the red marker), which has now been accomplished. All life vests on the Grace are brand new. “We have traveled on the Grace twice with Quasar. We find the crew, the staff on the mainland and the staff in the office to be very professional and prepared. The yacht feels like your home when you are there and how wonderful to travel around the amazing Galapagos islands and take your luxury home with you. We hope to travel on the Grace again and relive the romance of Princess Grace's yacht once more.”

“From the moment we landed in Ecuador, we felt very taken care of.They are organized and methodical. The naturalists are so informative and helpful. The hikes and scenery were extraordinary. The snorkeling was great. The water is incredible! We loved the friendly crew and especially the captain. Everyone pitched in with all of the work to make everyone feel safe and comfortable. We highly recommend Quasar and The Grace for a lovely week in the Galapagos!”
