“Quasar did everything possible to make our trip completely stress-free and totally enjoyable. The Quasar staff we met face-to-face were gracious and determined to remove any obstacles for us. The choices of hotels and activities were varied and interesting. This is a really good tour company.”

“Our experience with Quasar expeditions exceeded my expectations. Patagonia is stunningly beautiful, but the ins and outs of travelling between Chile and Argentina in order to see the best parts of it, would be daunting if attempted solo. Plus, given the distances that need to be covered, and the unpredictable weather conditions, having knowledgeable and personable guides in the jeep with us, to steer us toward the best experiences at the best times of day, added up to a top-notch trip.”

“My family and I all agreed that this was our best holiday - beating safari, the Amazon, Barrier reef.. - and all experienced post-holiday blues when we got home. I must admit I was a bit concerned about being stuck on a boat for a week with not a great deal to do - I was completely wrong. Being immersed in the simplicity of the islands for a week was magical, with a good balance of walks, snorkelling, kayaking. The lack of fear of the animals was really quite profound. The guides were extremely knowledgeable, whilst remaining unassuming, and all the boat staff polite and helpful. Being on a smaller boat with only 18 guests was a definite plus, and we were very fortunate in that all the guests were of similar mindset, and got on well with each other.”

“Booked through Quasar - Traveled to Galapagos and Machu Picchu - most obliging and helpful - will use their company again - Of course visiting the "Galapagos" on the MV Evolution and their guides (Raphael and Cristina) helped make for a memorable moment - Diane Schicke from Quasar booking office was always obliging and helpful as was Ana Maria Calderon, who was always available or would get back to you at any hour.”

“Diane and Paul value customer service...personal, authentic, complete caring for our satisfaction and pleasure for our travel experience. Galapagos cruise aboard M/Y Grace was fantastic but even more so because of Quasar and staff. Upfront with Diane, during with Ecuador ground staff and then after with Paul's attention to detail and support. We are seasoned travelers, with adventures around the world...this experience with Quasar ranks at the top. Try, enjoy Quasar for yourself. You'll see.”

“Wonderful cruise with great naturalists. Felt safe the entire time. Loved the land tour especially the farm. Food on the boat was fantastic and way more varied than I was anticipating. Crew was great and was super with my 3 girls - aged 9, 9 and13. Never any rough seas. One addition I would have appreciated would have been a night with the stars - since we were so far from any light contamination - it could have been great.”
